December 15, 2012, was National Wreath Laying Day. U.S. National Cemeteries around the world placed memorial wreaths at the headstones of veterans. In Fayetteville, Arkansas, nearly 7,200 wreaths were placed - enough for every headstone. The Noise Blankers produced special event N5W to commemorate the event and members provided radio communications for parking and logistics at the event.
